Was strolling back to the office the other day, can anyone identify this Midget?
EDIT: It’s a J, not a T. Thanks all. (Sorry I couldn’t stand further back for the side view but it was a busy road.)

Either a TA or a TC, TCs were more common; 10,000 rather than 3,000 made according to Wikipedia, so I’d have a guess at a TC
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MG_T-type
and yes, I am that bored to Wiki an MG T type :D

It’s a J Type if Wiki is to be believed.

I was just staring at the wiki page the day I took the photos... I’m terrible at picking up on bodywork details. It would be fine if I could have seen the engine. Doh, just found the MG T Register’s FB page. Should’ve asked them.

Yep looks like a pre-war J.

I concur. (After the fact) Someone on the MG T Register has said it’s a J.
“Looking at the lack of space behind the seats and the small drum brakes, I’m guessing this is an early 1930s J Type, not a T Type at all.”
